I participated in Sunday Zazen Session at Daijoji Temple on November 15th.

"Zazen"is Zen meditation.

Doing Zazen requires that you free your mind of all thought.

Nine of foreign monitors attended a Zazen Session for the first time.

Mr.Hojun is from Australia, a monk practicing asceticism.

He showed us around the Daijoji Temple.

We all had a precious experience through Zazen Session.

I enjoyed Geisha Performance Party "Ozashiki-asobi" on October 17th.

Geisha girls are from Nishi Chaya District of Kanazawa.

Ms.Hitomi and Ms.Junko played Shami-sen and flute.

Four of Foreign monitors for "Ozashiki-asobi" also enjoyed the party

with Geisha Girls.

They are interested in the arts, culture and food in Kanazawa, Japan.

It was a wonderful experience for us to have a traditional Geisha experience.

"Oden" is a Japanese dish containing all kinds of ingredients cooked

in a special broth of soy sauce, sugar, sake, etc.

It's Japanese Pot-au-feu !
