The tree is near the intersection of Omicho market.
It takes 10 minutes to walk from Garden Hotel Kanazawa to Omicho market.
Kanazawa is famous for gold leaf and 99% of it is made here.

Yuki-tsuri will be performed from Nov.1st in Kenroku-en Garden.
Yuki-tsuri literally means "snow hanging".
It's a gardening technique and protects tree branches against heavy
snow during winter.
Gardeners give the trees extra support with poles and ropes.
Please come and see their sophisticated skills !
Open hours: 8:00-17:00 Admission: 300yen
Why don't you enjoy the autumn leaves in Kenroku-en Garden too?
From the middle of Nov. to the beginning of Dec. is the best time to view

During Obon time, it is believed that spirits of our ancestors are coming home.
Most of families are coming back to their hometown for the Bon ceremony.
It is a good chance for Japanese families to see each other.
